Fee management with online fee payment, online admission and admission enquiries, student and staff attendance, student and employee leave, timetable, homework, marks and gradebook, report cards, online exams, certificates, student and staff ID cards, an academic calendar, a staff register, a parent portal, and role-based permissions for staff.
Yes. Fee management is the most complete part of the product: fee heads and structures, invoices, PDF receipts, concessions, late fees, refunds, adjustments and write-offs, cheque tracking and reconciliation reports. Parents can see their dues, invoices and receipts in the parent portal.
Yes. Parents can pay fees online from the parent portal through Razorpay, and see their dues, invoices and receipts in the same place. The school can still record payments made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Yes. Teachers build a question bank and set timed papers with sections and negative marking, and answers are graded automatically into the gradebook. Report cards print on A4 in your school's own format.
CrossKloud School runs in the browser, so staff and parents can use it on a computer or a smartphone without installing anything. A dedicated mobile app is not available yet.
Not yet. Transport and bus tracking, library, hostel and inventory modules are not part of the product today. If your school needs one of them, tell us — customer demand decides what we build next.
Parents receive notifications in the parent portal and by email. SMS and WhatsApp messaging is built and is switched on school by school, because SMS in India needs DLT registration and WhatsApp needs approved message templates.
Every staff member has their own sign-in, and each role sees only the screens it has been given. Permissions are checked on the server, not just hidden in the app. Parents can see only their own children's records.
Yes. CrossKloud School is organised by school and branch, down to wing, class and section, so a trust or school group can run several branches in one system.
