You pay per student per year, based on the number of students enrolled and the plan you choose. Plans start from ₹20 per student per month, billed yearly. GST is extra. Tell us your student numbers and we will send an exact quote.
Yes, a one-time onboarding fee. It covers importing your students and staff from Excel, setting up your classes and fee structures, and training your office staff and teachers. It is shown in your quote.
Help with using CrossKloud School and fixing any fault are free on every plan, and every plan has a personal relationship manager. Changes your school asks for, such as a new field, form or report layout, are change requests. They are billed by the hour on Core, at a lower hourly rate on Academic, and included on Complete. Your quote shows the rates.
Messages are charged at what our messaging provider charges us, shown separately on your bill. SMS in India also needs DLT registration, which we help you with.
Yes. Many schools start with fees and attendance. You can move to a higher plan during the year and we will send a revised quote for the rest of the year.
Yes, on the Academic and Complete plans. Your school opens its own Razorpay account and we connect it to CrossKloud School for you, so parents' payments go to your school's account. Razorpay's charges are between your school and Razorpay. Your office still records cash, cheque and bank transfer payments.
Yes, on every plan: a home page and up to five more pages. On Core and Academic we build it on our template with your logo, colours, photos and text. On Complete we design it for your school. Your school buys its own domain name, and we host the site while you use CrossKloud School. Your academic calendar and online admission form stay up to date on the site automatically. Other text and photo changes are handled as change requests.
Schools that pay for two years upfront and schools with a large number of students get a lower rate. Branches of the same group are counted together. Your quote shows the discount that applies.
